I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
Please click the "My Account" link. On the "Sign In" or "Create an Account" page, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link within the "Sign In" section on the right.

How do I update my account information?
You can make account updates right from your MedVantx account. Simply sign in and click on “My Account” link. You can then make changes to your profile, including: email address, password, billing, and shipping information.

Can I use any credit or debit card to process my prescription?
Our program accepts all major credit and debit cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
How much will I pay for my prescription?
Pfizer Direct offers your VIAGRA medication at $34 per Tablet. Once you are logged into your account and have selected your pill quantity, your medication cost will appear.
My healthcare provider gave me a paper prescription. Can I still place my order?
If you have a paper Rx, we can still help you obtain your branded VIAGRA (sildenafil citrate) medication. After registering with Pfizer Direct, just enter your doctor's information and provide your authorization to let the MedVantx's Customer Care Team request an electronic or fax prescription from your doctor’s office. We will then connect with your prescriber’s office to have a new prescription either e-prescribed or faxed to MedVantx®.
I know that my doctor submitted my prescription electronically, but I am unable to locate it after logging in. What can I do?

How can my doctor electronically send my prescription to MedVantx for the Pfizer Direct program?
Your physician will need to direct the e-prescription to MedVantx in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Your doctor will find this pharmacy using the following search terms:
Where can I check the status of my prescription?
For every order placed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to let you know that your order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number and link to the shipping carrier so that you can track your order progress.
You can also check on your order status from your Pfizer Direct account, under the “Order Status” page.
Why do you require an email address for this program?
The Pfizer Direct program uses your email address as your unique identifier within this program. We also require your email so that we can send you important service notifications, such as order and shipment confirmations.
Please note: You need to have your own email account to be included in the Pfizer Direct program.
Can I opt out of receiving service emails such as order shipment notifications?
No. We consider service emails, such as shipping notifications, to be vital to your account and therefore cannot be discontinued.

Does this program accept my health insurance?
No. Health insurance cannot be applied to this program. When placing your brand-name VIAGRA (sildenafil citrate) medication order through Pfizer Direct, you will pay $34 per tablet.
How is my Pfizer Direct order processed?
Pfizer Direct is administered by MedVantx an online pharmacy services provider. All aspects of your order will be handled by MedVantx.
Why does Pfizer Direct currently only offer VIAGRA (sildenafil citrate)?
At this time, the Pfizer Direct program is only available for valid VIAGRA prescriptions. We are working to expand our offering to other Pfizer brands. Please check back for new brand additions in the coming months.
What do you mean when you say, “Pfizer Direct is administered by MedVantx”?
Pfizer has collaborated with MedVantx, a full-service mail order pharmacy, to bring you Pfizer Direct. Upon receipt of your valid prescription information, your order will be processed and shipped conveniently to your door by MedVantx.
How soon will my prescription ship?
We verify every new prescription order before we fill it. Final delivery will depend on verification timing and shipping method:
What happens if my medication is lost or damaged during shipment?
If a medication is damaged or lost in the shipping process, please report the incident immediately to our Customer Care Team at 1-877-655-1400. Most of the time, a medication reported as lost will eventually arrive to the correct address. In the rare instance that it does not, please contact us to discuss your options.
